Curse of the 90s still following Sachin

Its unbelievable how many 90s Sachin has scored. Its an inexplicable phenomenon. I’ve been trying to figure out why this is. Is it as simple as Sachin getting so nervous of seeing the 3-digit number that he gets all rubbery-feet and ends up doing something silly and getting out.
But Sachin has always claimed that personal goals are not important to him and the team (and winning) comes first. If that is the case, then why is he even focusing on the 100?
Or is all this just our imagination? Is Sachin just a regular guy, and once in a while he gets out in the 90s and we make a big deal about it? I only half-believe this theory. You only have to watch Sachin’s shot selection when he’s on 95. Something is definitely wrong here.
